NHQB CODE OF PRACTICE
​If you reserved your home on or after 7 January 2025, your purchase will be covered by the New Homes Quality Code which is overseen by the New Homes Quality Board. This Code sets out the standard of quality and customer service you can expect from us.
You will also have access to the New Homes Ombudsman Service (NHOS) if you are dissatisfied with our decision or handling of any complaints raised through our own complaint’s procedure.
