Adjusting Temperature

Each and every Devine Home is designed to be thermally efficient with highly effective insulation and quality, argon-filled double glazing, letting heat in whilst keeping out the cold.

The combined result means that every new home benefits from cheaper running costs.

Each Devine Home also comes with the latest water and energy saving appliances, where provided, reducing water usage by up to 26%, compared to the national average.

This means that our new homes are not only great for the planet, but also great for the wallet and according to the House Builders Federation (HBF), new build houses saved homeowners £2,200 on last year's energy bills. New build homes significantly reduce households’ energy usage, with the average new home using approximately 100kWh per m2 per year, compared with older properties which require an average of 259kWh per m2.
