ENERGY EFFICIENT STYLISH HOMES

Each and every Devine Home is designed to be thermally efficient with highly effective insulation and quality, argon-filled double glazing, letting heat in whilst keeping out the cold.

The combined result means that every new home benefits from cheaper running costs as follows:

  • The average new build energy bill is 57% cheaper than running costs for older properties, saving homeowners up to £1,685 a year in running costs.

  • On average, new build houses are 66% more energy efficient, saving homeowners up to £183 a month in energy bills. That's a saving of £2,195 a year!

  • On average, new build flats are 45% more energy efficient, saving homeowners up to £71 a month in energy bills. That's a saving of more than £850 a year!

  • On average, new build maisonettes are 56% more energy efficient, saving homeowners £120 a month in energy bills. That's a saving of more than £1,440 a year!

  • On average, new build bungalows are 62% more energy efficient, saving homeowners £124 a month in energy bills. That's a saving of more than £1,480 a year!

  • Properties built to new sustainability regulations from June 2023 onwards are estimated to save homeowners more than £2,000 on their annual energy bills, rising to £2,575 for houses specifically.

  • New build homes are increasingly more energy efficient with 85% of new builds achieving an A or B EPC rating compared to less than 5% of older properties.
